1. the addition of new sand

2. sanding machine and old sand recovery system

3. old sand crushing and regeneration system

The old sand after the sand falling of the inertia vibrating sand machine is transported to the fine six angle screen sand machine by the belt conveyor, and the sand is broken and sieved. The belt feeder (the belt feeder is equipped with the temperature measuring and humidifying device above the belt feeder, the atomization of the sand through the infrared probe to achieve the humidification and temperature reduction), the vibrating boiling cooling bed is added evenly. After cooling and cooling, the bucket elevator is lifted to the old sand bank to complete the broken and sieves of the old sand. 5. electric control system
