Product Description
The size of centrifugal casting we could make is from outer diameter 170mm to 1500mm by horizontal centrifugal casting machines or vertical centrifugal casting machines.
The sand castings we supplier are made with wooden/ aluminum pattern, but sometimes we use 3D printers to print sand sheel or sand core for the parts with complex surface or just samll quantity and by this way to keep high quality/ most economical of requirement.
Material of castings could be customized. But most time we are producing austenitic stainless, sartensitic stainless steel and also duplex stainless steel. Like 304/ 316/ 321/ 316L/ 304L/904L/ 13-4pH/17-4pH/ 2304/2205/2507 and materil equal to these but from different standard. For example Europe Standard / Chinese Standard/ Japanese/ American standard and so on.
To keep material with it's good performence, valid and stable technical process is very important. We have stable team consisted by engineers from different major. We have AOD refining equipment to guarantee perfect quality of molten steel and we also have inspection fecilities for all process, like chemical composition analyzer/ mechanical tester/ metallographic analyzer/ UT test/ PT.
In plant, we coverd all processes steel melting/ molten steel refining/ pouring/ casting/ heat treatment/ machining/ inspection/ packing and delivery. It's easy and quick for us to face some unexpected problems and avoid it.
At present, most of our castings are used in decanter centrifuge/ pusher centrifugal/ pulp and paper rotors/ MVR/ pump. But we believe our casting could used in the place where our clients want it to be.
