Product Description

Bellows mechanical seal has a wide range of applications, from low temperature to high temperature, from neutral medium to corrosive medium, from low speed to high speed, from common to harsh working conditions. The bellows are rubber bellows, snake shaped sleeves, plastic bellows and metal bellows. Rubber bellows and snake sleeve are used for low load mechanical seal as auxiliary seal; plastic bellows is used for mechanical seal of strong corrosion medium as auxiliary seal; metal bellows is used for mechanical seal of high temperature, high pressure and low temperature medium, which can be used as auxiliary seal and elastic element.

Metal bellows shall have greater elasticity, strength and rigidity. It can be used for the condition of pressure reaching 7MPa, suitable for high and low temperature operation. The temperature resistance is 240 ºC ~ +650 ºC, and the film thickness is not more than (< 0.4mm), which determines that the corrugated pipe material is required to have high corrosion resistance and is used in neutral medium.
