Product Description

95% of our total quantity decanter bowl from thousands sets each year is  made by centrifugal casting. The flange which is machine from the casting by removing material off. The 5% left have weld and this is because the structure is not that friendly to centrifugal casting, but we do this with the agreement of clients at the beginning of quotation. 

 Perfect dynamic performance is retained as uniform weight distribution.

The main process of the production is below:

Material melting -- Molten steel AOD refining -- Cengtrifugal casting -- Heat treatment -- Machining -- Final inspection -- Packing ( Of course, inspection alway done during manufacturing to keep required quality.)
