Based on the traditional shell-type stacking process to produce high-quality iron castings, Union Max adopts advanced technology and processes to solve the common problems, such as pores and slag inclusions, in the production of steel castings with general technological processes. Union Max adopts the most advanced sodium silicate lost wax casting process. Based on the commonly used automatic wax injection and automatic shell lining production processes, it is the first company to promote automatic wax recovery and recycling processes to ensure that the wax is free of pollution, no inclusions, thereby avoiding the influence of impurities in wax material on castings in the shell lining process, and further improving the quality of castings.
Union Max has very strong machining capabilities. It is equipped with advanced NC and CNC processing equipment, include DMG machining center, and has enough high-tech skilled workers.
