The group corporation has five casting factories which with powerful machining capabilities and one trading company, with an annual production capacity of precision castings more than 20, 000 tons. Specializing in the manufacturing of lost wax investment castings and machined parts in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and high temperature alloy, and so on. The products are mainly exported to Europe, America and other countries around the world.
Our company was established in 1996, it covers a total area of about 70, 000 square meters and has about 500 employees. The company is located in Weifang, the famous capital of kites in Shandong province. It is 160 kilometers away from Qingdao port and Qingdao airport, and the traffic is very convenient.
Our products cover a wide range of industries including forklift, automobile & truck
Train & railway, agricultural machinery, mining machinery, Petroleum machinery, construction machinery, shipbuilding, construction, valve and pumps, electric machine, power equipment and so on. We are capable to produce products according to customers′ Drawings or samples, we focus on both carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high temperature alloy and so on. We are familiar with the material standards of many countries, such as Chinese GB, American ASTM, AISI, German DIN, European EN, Japanese JIS, British BS, Australian AS and Association of American Railroads (AAR ) and other industrial standards.
Our company also has a lot of advanced inspection equipment, including Spectrometer, Metallographic Microscope, magnetic particle inspection machine, Hardness tester, Tension Tester, Low Temperature Tester, CMM and so on. With these advanced facilities & instruments, we are able to supply the high quality castings to our customers, and make products meeting comprehensive inspection requirements on chemical composition, mechanical properties and high precise dimensional inspections.
Our company adopts two kinds of production process, one is silica sol process and another one is Compound process(water glass+silica sol), and it is equipped with several types of energy-saving & environmentally-friendly production lines including automatic or semi-automatic production lines of key processes: Wax making, shell making. And the automatic shell production line and air drying line, which improved the production efficiency and ensure the quality stability of products. Our factory is fully equipped with complete and advanced CNC machining equipment, more than 30 CNC machining centers and 50 other machining equipment. Based on more than 20 years of production experience, our company has developed a set of ERP production management software, including all aspects from quotation to sale, such as basic data, material, technics supervision, corresponding companies, production, storage, procurement, human resources, leaders′ information, process charts and so on, which has improved the management level greatly.
