As a global supplier of cemented carbide and crusher wear parts, it owns two separate production bases - cemented carbide products production base and crusher wear parts production base. Crusher wear parts
The crusher wear parts production base found in 2000, with a more than 300 workers and technical personnel specializing in heat resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, impact resistant products development and production. A total of about 20, 000 tons of annual production of various kinds of products. In addition, in 2012, the big Vacuum process production line have been set up, production in the V-process can cover most of the products, which greatly improved product quality and production cycle. The products including the standard bowl liner, mantle, jaw plates, blow bar, break plates, VSI parts for top brands and non-standard parts.
Cemented carbide
The cemented carbide production base found in 2005, it specializes in research and development and production cemented carbide products, we introduced advanced technology continuously tried to improve product quality. At present, the base has more than 50 workers and technical personnel. Our annual production capability is more than 100 tons of all kinds of cemented carbide products. The main products are geological and mining tools, carbide burrs, bushings, seal rings, dies, nozzles, PCD CBN, carbide welding insert, carbide wheels, carbide rods, non-standard parts and so on.
