   a. We will need you to fill up the product defective form with some pictures, we might also request for a sample of the defective product ( we will take care of the freight cost if it is manufacturing defective)
   b. We will check and solve the issue, then repair the defective items or send the replacement accordingly. 
   c. We are willing to comply with customer's reasonable requests.
