Lost Foam Casting:
Lost Foam Casting is known as Green Project of the 21st century. The key facilities of our lost foam foundry line were imported from the U.S.A, Germany. It is suitable to make medium & small high grade gray iron and ductile iron castings with high requirements of outside shape and complicated inside cavity. Castings have nice appearance and accuracy in dimension. Machining allowance of castings made by Lost Foam Process is much less than that made by green sand casting process and resin sand casting process, this will greatly improve the overall benefit of our clients.
