New Densen is a professional sand casting factory in China, with over 20 years sand casting production experience, machining and exporting capability. we manufactures consistent high-quality sand castings for OEMs throughout North America and Europe. Diversification is the key to our flexibility, Green Sand Moulding, air-set sand moulding processes are utilized to produce the highest quality castings.
We can produce cast iron parts from 0.5 kg to 5000 kgs. Their material are GGG400-15, GGG400-18, GGG500-7, GGG600-3, GGG700-2 and GG200, GG250, GG300. There are also painting production line, powder coating production line, electrophoretic paint production line in our fountry. We can supply machined castings with the surface treatment powder coating, electrophoretic paint, electric zinc plated, hot dip galvanized and Dacromet as the customers' requirements.
Quality Control Our company also has the most advanced and complete inspection equipment in the casting industry, including Spectrometer, Metallographic Microscope, Tension Tester, Low Temperature Tester, X-ray Tester, MPT, UT, CMM, Video Measurement Machine and so on. With these advanced facilities & instruments, we are able to supply the most precise finished products to our customers, and make products meeting their overall inspection requirements on chemical composition, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing and high precise dimensional inspections.
Packing & Delivery Our products are all packed in wooden cases to ensure zero damage. If customers have specific requirements for the packaging, we will gladly accommodate. The products will be sent to you within 30 days and we will arrange everything from the initial consultation to the delivery of your chosen port anywhere the world.
