Q: What do we need if you want a quote?
A: Please kindly send us your 2D & 3D drawing or samples of your product. We need the detail specifications as follows :
1. Material requirement
2. Surface treatment 
3. Estimated production volume

Q: How do I know about the production status?
A: We will regularly send some photos of moulds and mold progress report to our customers.

Q: How do I confirm the sample?
A: When the mold for your custom enclosure is cut, we put it on one of our molding machines and make a few sample parts to send you for your approval. When you approve the sample parts we can move to the production phase of the process.

Q: What's your packing?
A:Full consideration of practical situation: foam/wooden box, anti-rust paper, small box and carton, etc. 

Q:How do we know about the deliery status?
A: We will immediately inform you the tracking number once we get it from shipping agent. Besides, we will update the latest shipping information.
