Nondestructive testing is divided into penetration testing, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, pressure tight degree experiment,these testings are all decided by the customer requirements.

  Cast steel has a high melting point and a corresponding high pouring temperature. The interaction between molten steel and mould material at high temperature leads to sand sticking defects easily. Therefore, the artificial quartz sand with higher refractoriness should be used as the casting mold, and the coating made by quartz powder or zircon sand powder can be brushed on the surface of the casting. In order to reduce the gas source, improve the fluidity of molten steel and casting strength, most steel castings are cast by dry or quick drying type, such as CO2 hardened water glass sand. Steel castings shall be used after heat treatment.
