3. scheme design description

The whole line is regenerated by crushing, magnetic separation, two stage regeneration, air separation and screening. According to experience, the resin sand collapsibility after pouring is very good, so the line is artificially sanding through the grid, and the fallen old sand is sent to the vibrating regenerator through the belt conveyor. The head of the belt conveyor adopts permanent magnet head wheel to separate iron and iron from sand and sand blocks. The sand blocks are crushed into sand grains by rubbing the vibration regenerator, the sand block and the sand block, and then enter the two stage centrifugal regenerator through the bucket elevator. The sand is quickly rotated and rubbed for 28 m / sec in the centrifugal regenerator, and the membrane is removed and treated with micro powder. Then the bucket elevator is lifted to the temporary storage of the sand bin. The whole set of regeneration treatment is compact in structure and reasonable in design, so that the regenerated sand can meet the requirement of conformity. A S2510 double arm resin sand mixer is set up below the sand bin to mix the molding sand of core sand or small castings. The sand is evenly mixed into the mixer through proportional adjustor, and then it can be shaped through the automatic mixing of the mixer. This not only enlarges the molding area, but also reduces the conveying capacity of molding sand.
