 Studded tubes are also called nail-ribbed tubes. In the petrochemical industry, nail head tubes are widely used. Especially in the convection chamber of a tube heating furnace, in order to enhance the heat exchange effect outside the tube, the nail-head tube is often used as the heat transfer element.
The nail tube can increase the heat transfer coefficient of the flue gas side. The area of the nail tube is two to three times that of the light tube. Due to the application of the nail tube, the same heat intensity as the radiation can be obtained under a reasonable design. The nail head tube equipment of our company adopts resistance welding. The welding process is controlled by PLC program. The feed motor and indexing are servo motors. The number of nail heads, indexing parameters and compensation coefficients can be set on the man-machine interface. To ensure product quality and accuracy.
