2. Do you provide samples?
we are providing samples accordingly. The model opening fee to be charged for the customized items, and it can be refunded when you place the large order
3. How to deal with the defective product?
Our after-sales colleague with get in touch with you immediately. The process as below:
a.) We will need you to fill up the product defective from with pictures, we might also request for a sample of the defective product (we will take care of the fright cost if it is ,manufacturing defected)
b.) We will find and solve the issue, repair the defective items or send the replacement accordingly. ( free of charge if it is manufacturing defective)
c.) We are willing to comply with customer's reasonable requests
