Details of SYI CNC Machining Part:
At Shanxi Base, we have our own CAD machining shop, which can perform a variety of processes such as turning, drilling, milling, cutting, bending and more, including CNC machining and precision machining.
We supply a variety of machining processes such as CNC machining part, precision machining part and CNC milling part.
With several sets of CNC machines, we can mechanically make machined parts and material to achieve the desired geometry.
About Our CNC Machining Part:

SYI uses best aluminum alloy to make Aluminum Sand Castings, Permanent Mould Castings and Low/High Pressure Castings. Each aluminum ingot is certified as to its purity and is brought in from Storage and preheated to remove any potential moisture.
After the casting, we will move the parts to the heat treating and aging process according to customers' requirements. The time in the heat treat and the temperature are strictly controlled sine the temper of the alloy is determined in this process.
We can also perform a wide variety of machining operations: Turning, facing, grooving, drilling, boring, tapping chamfering, countersinking, profiling, knurling, reaming, tapering, threading, counter bores and radius.
Polishing Finish, Powder Coating & Anodizing Finish are also available.
SYI Quality Assurance Program is designed to meet a wide variety of industries, including commercial, military, automotive, industrial and farming.
