   We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.

  Tooling charge only charge once when first order, all future orders would not charge again even tooling repair or under maintance.

4.How to get your quickly quotation?

          3).quantity
          4)surface treatment

5.Can you help design if I want a custom part but I can't draw?
   Yes,we can offer design service as long as you tell us all your requires
 

  It is okay.It is appreciated to receive your sample(s),pictures or drafts marked measurements and dimensions and dimensions in details for accurate  quotation.

7.Will my drawings be divulged if you benefit?

 NO! We pay much attention to protect our customers' privacy of design drawings,signing NDA is also accepted if need.

8. How to deal with the parts received when they are found to be in poor quality?
    Please rest assured that all our products are QC 100% inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery and generally there will no non-conformance; in case      of non-conformance, please contact us immediately, take some pictures, we will check the problems and have them reworked or repaired at the first time. The resulting        transportation costs are borne by our company.
