a)Machine lifting instruction
Please use the lifting device with 10ton capacity or above .
b)Gating system and gate stick selection
There are nos 9 pouring gate. If he offset template is used, the height of the gate rod support seat or the gate length needs to be changed
c)Sand mixture

Generally adopt No6 silica sand, for a requirement of good casting surface, sometimes use the No7 silica sand.
2)additives
Bentonite: when selecting additives, in addition to the characteristics of the machine, the ability of the object products (pouring weight and shape, etc.) and the disassembly of the sand box should be considered.
Coal power:normally adopt 8% dust coal.

Considerate and good packing: equipment painting is completed before shipment. The machine body is covered with stretch film to avoid rub off the surface paint. The machine is generally packed by wood case as per customer's requirement. As for the important key parts such as electric cabinet is packed with shockproof packaging material and then packed in wooden cases.
